Day 1....... UGH Life is Hard !!!

Welcome to my life !
So what is the Fit Flight Attendant ? Well I'm glad you asked. I am a person who is always on the go. That never really had time for fitness .  I am never at home for more than two to three days. I found myself gaining weight like crazy and needed a way to get fit ! So this is documentation of my   journey of getting fit ! Today is day one of the rest of my life trying to balance a healthy but fun life style. I have tired everything you can image. I have went on the no carb diets, low carb diets , no sugar diets and the list goes on. Nothing worked for me ! I'm a big fan of Instagram so I have actually bought Massy.Arias plan and Kathy_Drayton plans from Instagram. Did they work for me no probably because I'm not always at a good gym! Which is so frustrating! How can you get fit without the right equipment !!!  With my job of being a flight attendant I do not have access to a fridge all the time or any heating source to warm up my food. So with that being said this make my journey even more difficult. So I am also writing this to help people that are in similar situations. That are always on the go but what to be healthier for themselves , their kids , their family in general ! Now back to me ! The number on the scale stayed the same for so long ! I felt like I was on a hamster wheel and going no where! 
So now I'm like forget what the scales says ! I asked my self these question. How do you feel in your own body ? When you look in the mirror are you happy ? To answer theses questions I'm not happy with the way I look. So I'm changing that today. I do have a nutritionist and a personal online trainer since I'm always on the go. I actually been trying to get fit for my own for the last two years but nothing has worked ! So I'm hoping that with me documenting my every step it will keep me accountable and help me obtain my goals . 
So her goes nothing !!! Here is to a better body and a healthier life style in 2018!
